Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hawaiivendors.com (the “Service”), operated by Lokal Media LLC (d/b/a Hawaii Vendors). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account.

Business listings & payment

• Paid vendor and venue listings are sold as annual listings, billed by invoice. A listing runs for its paid term and is renewed by a new invoice; we do not store your card or charge you automatically.
• New listings are reviewed by our team before going live. We may decline or remove listings that violate these Terms.
• You can cancel by contacting us; your listing stays live through the end of the paid term. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You are responsible for the content of your listing and must have the rights to any text and images you upload.

Inquiries

The Service lets couples contact vendors. We are a directory and are not a party to any agreement between couples and vendors, and we do not guarantee any booking, service, or outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• submitting false, misleading, or infringing content;
• scraping, spamming, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access;
• using inquiries or listings for purposes unrelated to wedding services.

Intellectual property

The Service and its branding are owned by Lokal Media LLC (d/b/a Hawaii Vendors). You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it as part of operating the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokal Media LLC (d/b/a Hawaii Vendors) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any dealings between couples and vendors.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
