Your listing is created in the Hawaii Vendors dashboard as a “pending” listing. You can start filling in photos, descriptions, categories, and social links right away — no need to wait for approval to prep your page — and pay securely online from your dashboard whenever you’re ready. Our team reviews and activates your listing (usually within one business day) once payment is in.
How does billing work?+
One flat annual rate — $800/year plus 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax ($837.70 total), paid securely by card through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each year so your listing never goes dark, and we email you before every renewal. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — your listing stays live through the period you’ve already paid for. See our Terms of Advertising for the details.
What if my listing is already on Hawaii Vendors?+
We imported hundreds of listings from the old WordPress site as “curated” listings. If you see your business already listed and want to claim it (unlock lead inbox, analytics, and the ability to edit), reach out at hello@hawaiivendors.com and we’ll merge it into your paid account.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?+
Never. Couples pay nothing to reach out, and we take nothing from you when you book them. The subscription is the only cost.
I run a honeymoon tour or activity — is this for me?+
Activity listings on Hawaii Vendors work differently — we partner with activity companies directly and take a small affiliate commission on bookings. Email us at hello@hawaiivendors.com to discuss a partnership.
