How much does it cost?+
We keep pricing simple and annual, with no commission on your bookings — ever. Rather than a one-size-fits-all number, we like to learn about your venue first and make sure Hawaii Vendors is a good fit. Fill out the form and we’ll walk you through everything on a quick call.
What happens after I submit the form?+
A member of the Hawaii Vendors team reaches out personally — usually within one business day — to learn about your venue, answer questions, and get your listing set up. There’s no account to create and no payment on the form; it just starts the conversation.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?+
Never. Couples pay nothing to reach out, and we take nothing from you when they book your venue. Your listing is the only thing you pay for.
How do preferred vendors work?+
From your dashboard, search for vendors listed on Hawaii Vendors and add the ones you love working with. They appear in a “Preferred vendors” section on your venue page, each one earns a Preferred badge across the site, and couples can browse and filter your list. You can also embed the list on your own website with our widget.
Can couples request a tour from my listing?+
Yes. Add a link to your booking calendar (Calendly, Acuity, HoneyBook, or any contact form) and couples get a “Request a tour” button on your listing that opens it. Inquiries still come straight to your lead inbox and your email.
What if a vendor I work with isn’t on Hawaii Vendors?+
Tell us who they are and we’ll reach out to help them get listed, so you can add them to your preferred list.
Do you promote venues on social media?+
Yes. We run Hawaii Vendors on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest and spotlight the venues we list, with photo credit to you. We also publish planning guides on our blog that help couples compare venues.
Can more than one person manage our listing?+
Yes. We can give your team members their own access, so your sales and events staff work from the same dashboard and lead inbox.
My venue is already on Hawaii Vendors — what about that?+
We imported hundreds of listings from the old site as free curated listings. If you see yours and want to claim it — to unlock the lead inbox, analytics, preferred vendor tools, and editing — mention it on the form or reach out at hello@hawaiivendors.com and we’ll get it merged into your account.
