We make the process easy with video meetings, responsive communication, and an online planning app where you can organize your ceremony music, special dances, must-play songs, do-not-play songs, cultural selections, and other wedding details.

We have performed at many of Oahu’s most popular wedding venues, including Kualoa Ranch, Loulu Palm, Dillingham Ranch, Kaimana Beach Hotel, Coconut Club, and others throughout the island. Every venue has different layouts, power access, sound restrictions, setup requirements, weather considerations, and timelines. When needed, we coordinate directly with your venue and planner so the correct equipment and setup are ready for your celebration.

Yes. We can provide ceremony music, professional speakers, and wireless microphones so your guests can clearly hear the officiant, vows, readings, and music. Ceremony sound is especially important at outdoor Hawaii weddings, where wind, ocean noise, large lawns, and limited power access can affect what guests hear.

We can provide separate sound systems for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception when the venue layout requires them. This prevents unnecessary delays caused by moving equipment and helps the music continue smoothly as guests transition between spaces.

Yes. We have battery-powered sound options for ceremony locations and venue areas where conventional power is unavailable or impractical. We review the layout and power requirements in advance so there are no surprises on the wedding day. Outdoor and semi-remote Hawaii venues commonly require special planning for power, wind, and sound coverage.

Your planner and venue will generally determine whether the event moves to a rain-plan location. Our equipment must be set up in a dry, waterproof, properly covered area, but we can adapt the sound-system layout when conditions and timing allow. We recommend confirming a realistic rain plan with your venue well before the wedding rather than waiting until the forecast changes.

You will receive access to our online music-planning app. You can enter songs for the ceremony, introductions, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and other important moments. You can also submit must-play songs, do-not-play songs, guest requests, and notes about the styles and cultures you want represented. You do not need to build the entire playlist. Your choices help us understand your taste, and we use our experience to fill in the rest.

Your wedding will be customized around your preferences. We do not arrive with one standard playlist that we use at every wedding. Our DJs mix live, monitor how guests respond, and adjust the music throughout the night while respecting your must-play and do-not-play selections.
